While with Eldorado Aviation Ltd. it was converted to a DC-3-A. In January 1980, it was sold to Air North Charter &Training in Whitehorse, Yukon Territories. In April 1998, it was sold and donated to the EAA in Oshkosh, Wi and registered with the FAA as N983DC. The aircraft supported the EAA B-17 on tour.
